About the Company

About Lopes & Wulff International

Lopes & Wulff International is a mission-driven education and transformation company operating at the intersection of clinical science, spirituality, trauma-informed healing, and embodied leadership.

Our work supports people navigating spiritual awakening, emotional healing, and deep life realignment. Our methodology integrates nervous system repair, somatic embodiment, chakra-level healing, shadow work, ancestral trauma resolution, and embodied transformation outside of any single spiritual tradition.

We serve women who carry severe developmental trauma, who have tried everything else, and who need someone who can finally see the thing that everything else has missed. The systems you build in this role are not back-office infrastructure: they are a direct extension of the transformation we promise. Every automation, every checkout flow, every onboarding sequence has a woman in deep pain on the other end of it.

We place a strong emphasis on integrity, nervous-system safety, and exceptional customer experience. If this description resonates with you personally (not just professionally), keep reading.

The Role

About the Role

The Operations Manager is a core operational leader who works closely with the Co-CEO (Operations) to oversee the internal functioning of the company.

If the Content Manager and Head of Growth are responsible for bringing people in, the Operations Manager is responsible for what happens once they arrive.

You are the steward of systems, funnels, processes, automations, internal metrics and KPIs, and the end-to-end customer experience. This role blends systems thinking, technical execution, and operational leadership.

Position in the Organization

  • The Content / Growth Manager handles outward-facing execution (content, DMs, audience, leads).
  • The Operations Manager owns the internal "house": funnels, onboarding, delivery systems, customer experience, automations, processes, and internal metrics.
  • Reports to: Co-CEO (Operations).
  • Works closely with: Content Manager, Head of Growth & Marketing.

You ensure that once someone enters our ecosystem, their experience is clear, smooth, and aligned with our values. And you translate their experience into key metrics and data to identify bottlenecks and necessary improvements.

Responsibilities

What You Own

Funnels & Customer Journey

  • Own the implementation and integrity of funnels (evergreen and launch).
  • Coordinate with developers and designers on homepage, sales pages, checkout flows, and onboarding pages.
  • Implement lead magnets and opt-ins.
  • Ensure seamless transitions from lead → customer → community → deeper offers.
  • Create and follow KPIs and internal metrics to be data-informed at all times.

Systems & Automations

  • Build, maintain, and optimize automations (Zapier, Make, etc.).
  • Implement AI tools for operational efficiency and customer support.
  • Maintain CRM, tagging, and backend logic.
  • Ensure systems are documented and resilient.

Operations & Process

  • Create and maintain SOPs.
  • Monitor KPIs related to operations and report them to Co-CEO (Ops).
  • Organize and maintain internal systems (Google Drive, tools, access).
  • Translate leadership decisions into executable workflows.
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve them.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Content Manager to receive leads cleanly.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Growth to implement funnel strategy.
  • Partner with the Co-CEO (Ops) on organizational oversight and data analysis.

Your focus is delivery, systems, and experience.

Ideal Candidate

Who You Are

Skills & Experience

  • 1
3–5+ years experience in operations, systems, or project management.
  • 2
Strong systems thinker who sees downstream consequences.
  • 3
Strong with data and metrics (creates dashboards with KPIs for ops).
  • 4
Comfortable owning funnels and customer experience.
  • 5
Technically capable and AI-forward (AI tools, automation tools, backend platforms).
  • 6
    Highly organized, proactive, and reliable.
  • 7
    Calm under complexity.

Inner Qualities

You have done your own growth work. You know what it means to face yourself, change, and evolve — not from a textbook, but from experience.
You are comfortable working in a company that teaches spiritual awakening, trauma healing, chakra work, shadow work, and somatic embodiment. This language is part of your daily environment, not something you tolerate from a distance.
You treat operational systems as acts of care. You understand that behind every automation is a real person, often in a vulnerable state, and you build accordingly.
You value depth over speed, sustainability over sprinting, and integrity over shortcuts.
You thrive with autonomy. You do not wait for direction — you bring direction.

Culture

How We Work

We are not a task-based company. We are a leadership ecosystem where every core team member operates as the Head of their vertical.

That means you do not wait for direction — you bring direction. When you identify an issue, you propose three possible solutions, recommend one with data, and execute. This is our 3:1 rule, and it is a daily expectation, not a suggestion.

Sovereignty & Ownership

You run your domain like a business, not a task list.

Nervous-System-First

No reactive urgency, no panic, no drama. We slow down to make aligned decisions.

Transparent Communication

We speak clearly, honestly, and early. Low-drama, high-clarity.

High Standards with Compassion

We honor excellence without pressure.

Depth Over Speed

We choose quality, precision, and sustainability.

Mission Alignment Above All

Every role contributes directly to spiritual awakening, trauma healing, and embodied transformation. This is not just a career. It is a calling.
